Onions – 2 medium size
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp , finely chopped
Garlic – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Green Chillies - 2
Curd – 1/2 cup
Water – 1cup
Daneya Powder – 1 tbsp
Haldhi – 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder –1tbsp
Salt – to taste
METHOD:
PREPARING OF CURD:
1. In a bowl, take 1/2 curd and mix nicely.
2. Add dry spices (i.e).
3. Add haldhi.
4. Add red chilli powder.
6. Mix nicely see that there are no lumps.
7. Keep this curd mixture aside....
8. In a pan, heat ghee on medium flame.

9. Chop the onions into big chunks.
11 .Then add finely chopped garlic.
12. Now add chopped ginger.
13. Saute for a minute and add slit greenchillies.
14. And cook till the Ginger and Garlic get a little color.
15. Lower temerature of the flame and add in the hing .
16. Add in the curd mixture while stirring continuously.
17. Keep mixing and stirring till the Oil comes to the top layer.
18. Add in the Sliced Onions .
20. Add 1/2 cup of Water .
21. Increase the flame to a medium high and allow the Onions to cook.22. Add in red chili powder and salt if needed.
23. Mix well and allow the Onions to cook for 10mins till all the water has been absorbed
24. Serve hot with naan or basmati rice....................
