"HAPPY FRIENDSHIP DAY"

Happy friendship day to all my friends......................................

If you could use only a few words to describe what friendship means to you, what words would you choose? I choose loyalty, honesty, support, open mindedness, harmlessness, and unconditional Love. I have learned through the years that to have a friend requires being a friend. It relates to the adages: "What you reap, you sow." or "What goes around comes around." Friendship is a state of Being. It is not about doing something for another or having lots of possessions to attract another. It is about being a mirror in which the other sees himself/herself. In a Consciously open and honest friendship, growth is the miraculous process available to each friend. Communication is a key component to a sincere and authentic friendship. When full permission is given by both friends to speak the truth and create mutual growth, anything is possible.

True friendship is about seeing yourself and the other as God, Soul, Love, Limitless. It is the experience of knowing another at Soul level. There is a recognition of the other as a part of me, an undeniable oneness that is beyond space and time. It may appear that the form of a particular friendship lasts one month, five years, or a lifetime. The actual connection between two Souls is ever present and everlasting no matter what the form looks like. When considered from this perspective of the Soul, friendship is being Love in each and every moment. We never know when someone will pop into our life and make a difference. By living in the moment, we can be open to all the opportunities friendship has to offer......
“A friend is a gift you give yourself,” – Stevenson

Here are few tips to make good friends...............................

1) Listen to people!

2)And make sure to remember their name!

3) Be excited to see people

Train yourself to be excited to meet people.

4) Treat everyone the same
To make the previous suggestion happen, think of everyone as being a close, dear friend whom you’re excited to see. Not easy to do, but it will change how you deal with people for the better and make you that much more likeable.

5)Visit someone when they’re sick
When someone is sick, they need our help most of all. Be considerate and caring; make them some chicken soup or a get well card. The effort means a lot...............

6)Always greet people
If you can say “Hello” to someone do so, like your neighbors. Even if you never become friends, it’s a great habit to have

7)Be yourself!
Ultimately, people like you for you. Forget about being artificial, about coming off the right way – just be yourself..

8)Remember birthdays.

9)Be positive
Bring a good energy to your friendships.

10)Be nice!
Just find ways to be nice to your friends. If you cook something, share it! And so on.

Friends are so precious never miss them.................................

IMPORTANCE OF FRIENDS IN LIFE AND TIPS TO MAKE GOOD FRIENDS

“Many people will walk in and out of your life; but only true friends will leave footprints in your heart."--

Friends are our truest treasures. How many times have they: Made us laugh when we felt like crying over a bad mistake?

Because friends accept us for who we are, we gain the confidence to dream great dreams—and to make them real. Friends liven up our days with their twisted humor, their honest answers, and their ability to bear our gloating when we beat them at golf or tennis. We can even trust them with our most embarrassing secrets! What a relief it is for us to reveal our true selves to someone!

It’s no wonder, then, that medical researchers have found that those who have friends tend to be happier, healthier, and live longer than those who do not. In fact, friendship has numerous physical and spiritual benefits.

TIPS FOR MAKING FRIENDS:

1. BE YOURSELF:

This may be the hardest part. Humans are social creatures; it's in our DNA to care about what others think of us. In the caveman days if we didn't get along or agree with others, it meant being ostracized. And being ostracized meant starvation & death. Thankfully times are different. But we are still influenced by our peers, thus the pervasiveness of peer pressure. Fight against it and be yourself. Only then will you truly find people who like you for you and not for who you pretend to be.

BE CONFIDENT

In my experience we all go up and down in how we feel about ourselves. If you're feeling bad about yourself, your chances of finding healthy friends is at risk. Take stock in yourself and make sure you feel good about yourself first. Only then can you radiate to others that you are someone worth knowing. If friendship is a two-way street, you are basically advertising: I am a good person and will add value to your life, just as you will add value to mine.

TAKE PART IN ACTIVITIES THAT INTEREST YOU

In doing so, you will find like-minded people and your comfort level will increase. And worst case, even if you don't, you are doing an activity that you enjoy. It's a win-win situation!

EXPAND YOUR COMFORT ZONE

On the other hand, move outside your safe "box." Some would say, think outside the box. I say, live outside the box, at least sometimes. Give yourself permission to do something a little crazy. Maybe it's sky-diving. Or taking a SCUBA-diving class. (That's my definition of outside the box; yours might be different.) Put your toe in the metaphoric pool and you may find others doing the same. Again, at worst, you will get your adrenaline pumping and give yourself an interesting experience.

DON'T TRY SO HARD

As I get older, I find the more & more I relax into something, the better I am at it. The more tense I am, the worse I am; I'm frustrated and in a bad mood and things don't work as well. I believe it's the same in friendships & relationships. Relax. Enjoy yourself and your surroundings WITHOUT the goal of having to achieve "meeting someone." It's great to have a goal in our lives. But human relationships aren't formed on a timeline. They evolve.

STAY IN SHAPE

No, this doesn't mean you need to be a "10" to meet people. It's more about your own self-esteem and making sure you keep yourself out of the doldrums. There are many things we can't control, but you can decide to take a jog or join a volleyball club for peace of mind and exercise.

ASK PEOPLE ABOUT THEMSELVES

Shy people often think they have nothing to say in a conversation. My advice is, Ask Questions! People love to talk about themselves and it keeps the pressure off you to be witty or do the work of keeping the conversation going. Where are you from? What do you do? Do you like where you live? What do you think about (insert current event)?

EDUCATE YOURSELF ABOUT CURRENT EVENTS

With the internet and TV, most people are up on world/national/local events. But if you're not, it never hurts to be "in the know" so that you can include yourself in those water-cooler conversations at work.

EXPLORE THE INTERNET

The internet is ripe with forums and social networking. If you can think of it, there is probably a chat room somewhere for you. There are two concerns, however. The internet is great for information and sharing; however, it also has its share of trolls and bad apples, so be careful. Even more important, in my opinion, is that it's easy to get sucked into being "social" on the internet. The point of the internet should not be your total social environment; it should be a jumping off point for you to socialize with actual human beings in the flesh & blood.

QUALITY NOT QUANTITY

Remember, friendships & relationships are not about numbers. If you only have one great friend, I think you've hit the jackpot

START YOUR LIFE THINKING POSITIVE

Positive thinking is an art that can help you manage your life better. There are ways to follow in order to learn how to start thinking positive. Positive thinking is not something that will fall one day from the sky but it needs effort and skills to be able to achieve it. By start thinking positive you will place you self in a position that will allow you not only to manage your life better but it will also help you to raise yourself esteem and self confidence

10 Ways to start thinking positive :

1. START THINKING ABOUT  SUCCESS:

Create in your mind an indelible image of yourself as a successful person. Keep this strong image within you, and do not even allow it to fade. Over time, this picture will evolve within you and the details will be stimulated. You must never challenge the reality of this intellectual image because it will be dangerous. Your mind will also try to fill the gaps in what was originally imagined. Always have in your mind the success regardless of how bad things seem to be at the moment.

Each time that invades your mind a negative thought concerning your personal powers and abilities, deliberately start thinking of something very positive to counteract.

2. BYPASS YOUR OBSTACLES AND FEARS :

Do not build your imagination with obstacles. Instead, try to minimize any potential obstacle. The difficulties must be studied and treat effectively in order to be eliminated, without giving them more power than they really have. Often fear exaggerates the difficulties and «hides» their true dimension.

3. TRANSFORM YOUR THOUGHTS TO IMAGES:
Think of your brain as an image playback unit. The images are coming from our thoughts, often taking shape in our minds and frighten us, or give us the power to be creative or inspire us or make us dream.

Negative thoughts create negative images and hence negative reactions. The same happens with positive thoughts that make exactly the opposite and work for our benefit. To start thinking positive you have to create these positive images in your mind and take advantage of the inspiration and creativity they will create.

4. DONOT GET IMPRESSED EASILY BY OTHER PEOPLE :

This must be the most intelligent advice. Do not overly be impressed by other people so as to copy them. Nobody can be as effective as you have in your life. Remember also that regardless of how dynamic and successful one can seem, often they may have the same lack of self-confidence and they may be afraid the same as you.

5. LEARN YOURSELF BETTER :
Get to know your self better. Find what is causing your inferiority or your fears and misgivings. It is likely these negative feelings of you to stem from childhood and from young age. You may often need the advice of a specialist to help you understand why you feel and behave in a particular way. Try to understand your self better, which is the first step in managing your life better.
Make a realistic assessment of your skills

Make a realistic assessment of your skills and then increase that by 10%. That does not mean that you will become selfish. Instead, you must believe in the forces and means to create a rock solid sense of your self. Only when you believe in your self you will be able to start thinking positive.

7. START THINKING POSITIVE AND CREATIVE:
Turn positive thinking into creative thinking. Positive thinking alone will not help us to manage our life better. What we need apart from positive thinking is creative thinking. Creative thinking is about planning, designing and putting objectives for the future. Starting from simple, everyday things we have in our daily schedule. This can be the first step to organize our thinking on how to implement the things we have to do.

Also the power of creative thinking, besides the benefits it can bring to us, can also be used as a positive influence for those around us. We can inspire them; give them incentives, energy and vision. Thinking creatively is something that we can train ourselves to do. It takes time and effort but when we achieve it we will be able to manage our life better.

8. USE YOUR TIME EFFICIENTLY :
Start transforming thoughts to actions. Try and find ways to simplify and facilitate your daily obligations, which would result in savings of your valuable time that is needed for your personal improvement.

9. SOLVE YOUR EVERYDAY PROBLEMS :
Focus to solve some of the operational problems of everyday life and then direct the power of your positive thinking to try and shape your next steps in your lives, your personal relations in your career and your family.

10. DO NOT STOP DREAMING :

Dream! The power of thinking can take you to some great moments that made you happy…it can magically transfer you to the beach as if you were on holiday! It can transfer to you sounds, colours, smells and people.

Dream now what you would like to be in your life, your relationship, your work and think about it intensely with as many details as you can. This thought makes you feel beautiful? This thought gives you incentive to try to get to the point that you dreamed? Yes! We must do this every day thinking, again and again and again!

So, install a new operating system in your brain that will make you start thinking positive. This will ignore the fears and will not convert them into images, will ignore the bad thoughts about possible failures and transform them into a big picture of success and self confidence. You'll see that with time your life will become more beautiful and will approach the life that you dreamed about and also your behaviour will become more effective and more acceptable to your environment. Fight against the evil thoughts from their roots and do not leave them reach the surface. To start thinking positive is in your hand ... or rather in your mind!

TIPS TO DEVOLP GOOD RELATION WITH YOUR FAMILY

Our family teaches us how to function in the world............ It should provide love and warmth to all of its members. A strong family gives its members the support they need to make it through life’s toughest spots.

Strong families have good communication.

Strong families have open lines of communication -- where all family members feel heard and respected. One of the best ways to strengthen your family is to increase your listening skills and those of other family members. Until we can hear each other, we cannot build strong relationships.

To build strong family relationships, listen actively to each other.
1. Give the person your full attention, turn off the TV or put down what you are doing.

2. Focus on what the person is telling you -- rather than thinking about your reaction or response to what is being said. (There will be time for that.)

3. Listen for how the other person is feeling and relay back to them what you think they were saying and how they are feeling. “I hear you saying that you don’t like your sister. You look pretty mad. Did something happen?"

4. Resist giving advice or your reaction until you are certain you have fully understood what the person was saying to you.

Encourage all family members to share their thoughts and feelings.

Strong families allow all family members -- no matter how young or small -- to talk about their thoughts and feelings. This does not mean that members are not respectful of one another, but rather that feelings and ideas are respected. Everyone should be expected to express themselves in appropriate ways -- such as with “I” messages. When people feel heard and respected, they feel better about themselves, are more open to solving problems, and are more likely to allow others to express themselves.

Strong families spend time together.

In today’s busy world it can be difficult for families to find time to be together. All relationships need attention -- and this includes the family as a whole.

Family rituals can offer a set time for families to get together and give each other the attention that is needed. A family ritual is simply a time that is set aside on a regular basis for a family to get together. This can mean having dinner together, celebrating a holiday together, going to church together, or just going for a walk together every week. It is important that the family ritual be predictable and that other activities are not allowed to upset it.

Family rituals help define who is in our family and who we are as a family. It allows time for the family to get together, to share experiences with one another, and to reconnect with each other. Knowing that the family will have time together can help us deal with those times when we are apart. Even though parents may work, children can know that each evening, each weekend (or whenever works for your family) they will have some “special time” with you.

Every child is special and every child needs some special time when he can have his parent all to himself.

Giving your child some “special time” helps develop a close relationship with your child. Consider setting aside some time -- perhaps 15 minutes -- for each child each week. (Better yet, 15 minutes each day, if that is possible.) Make it a predictable ritual so that the child can depend on it and look forward to this time with you. Be sure that this “special time” is not easily interrupted by other activities. For example, don’t answer the phone during this time.

Allow your child to help you decide how to spend this time. You could read books, sing songs, go for a walk, play a game -- or whatever your child enjoys. The more you are able to spend “special time” with your child the stronger your relationship will be.

Look for opportunities to connect with your child.

Although setting aside time with your child is important, also look for small moments that you can use to connect with your child. You could read books, sing songs, go for a walk, play a game -- or whatever your child enjoys. The more you are able to spend “special time” with your child the stronger your relationship will be.

Strong families handle their conflict fairly.

All families have conflict--it’s a natural part of human relationships. Strong families are able to work through fights and disagreements by focusing on the problems, rather than by “tearing each other down.”

Keys to Fair Fighting

1. Stay focused on the behavior or problem.

Use “I” messages to express your thoughts and feelings about the problem. For example, if you and your child are arguing about bedtime, you could say “I get angry when you continue to argue with me even after I’ve told you my decision. I want you to go to bed now.” instead of “You never listen to me. Go to bed now or I’ll spank you.”

2. Stay focused on the present problem.

Do not bring up old issues and problems. These only distract from the present issue. You can discuss them later.

3. Respect each other’s right to safety.

Fights should never become violent. When people are so angry that they feel like hitting one another or throwing things, then the discussion should be stopped. Agree to get together to talk again after everyone has had a chance to calm down.
Use your problem solving skills to create new solutions to the problem and teach your kids to think of ways to resolve conflict.
It is not useful to fight about what isn’t working. Instead, focus on what has worked in the past or what could work now.
For bedtime problems, you could try saying, “I am tired of always arguing with you about your bedtime. Let’s come up with some new ways that you can get to bed without all this hassle.” Then you and your child could think of some solutions and decide which one to try. The more you include your child, the better problem solver he will be -- and the more likely to follow through with the plan.

Strong Families Develop Trust.

Strong, healthy families recognize the importance of developing trust. Trust is the glue that holds relationships together.

Some ways to develop trust in your family are:

1. Give your child opportunities to earn your trust. Let her do small tasks around the house and praise her for doing it on her own.

2. Show your child that you can be trusted. Children need to know that they can count on what their parents say. Follow through with the things you promise to do.

3. Allow people in your family to make amends. We all make mistakes. Teach your child to forgive and allow yourself to forgive others. Holding on to past hurts often only hurts us.

4. Teach everyone how to say “I’m sorry.” Taking responsibility for our good and our bad behaviors is important and helps to develop trust. People learn to trust that they can be loved even though they are not perfect.

PARENTING & RELATIONSHIP

Just like with any relationship, building a positive relationship between parent and child is one that requires work and effort to make it strong and successful. Parenting is a tough job, and maintaining close relationships and open communications helps to ensure parents and their children stay connected through all ages of their upbringing. Here are few simple tips for enhancing the bond between parent and child.

Express Your Love

Tell your child you love him every day -- no matter his age. Even on trying days or after a parent-child disagreement, when you don't exactly "like your child" at that moment, it is more important than ever to express your love. A simple "I love you" goes a long way toward developing and then strengthening a relationship

Teach Your Beliefs
Teach your child about your faith and beliefs. Tell him what you believe and why. Allow time for your child to ask questions and answer them honestly. Reinforce those teachings often.

Bidding Good Night in a Special Way

For younger children, reading a favorite bedtime book or telling stories is a ritual that will be remembered most likely throughout their life. Older children should not be neglected either. Once children start reading, have them read a page, chapter, or short book to you. Even most teenagers still enjoy the ritual of being told goodnight in a special way by a parent--even if they don't act like it!

Let Them Help You in Your Chores
Parents sometimes inadvertently miss out on opportunities to forge closer relationships by not allowing their child to help them with various tasks and chores. Unloading groceries after going to the store is a good example of something that children of most ages can and should assist with. Choosing which shoes look better with your dress lets a child know you value her opinion. Of course, if you ask, be prepared to accept and live with the choice made!

Be A KID Again For Your Child
The key is to really play with your children. Play with dolls, ball, make believe, checkers, sing songs, or whatever is fun and interesting. It doesn't matter what you play, just enjoy each other! Let kids see your silly side. Older kids enjoy cards, chess, computer games, while younger ones will have fun playing about anything...as long as it involves you!

Let's Eat Together
You've heard this before, and it really is important! Eating together sets the stage for conversation and sharing. Turn the TV off, and don't rush through a meal. When schedules permit, really talk and enjoy one another. It can become a quality time most remembered by young and old alike.

Spend Quality Time With Your Child
Some parents have special nights or "standing dates" with their children to create that one-on-one opportunity. Whether it is a walk around the neighborhood, a special trip to a playground, or just a movie night with just the two of you, it is important to celebrate each child individually. Although it is more of a challenge the more children in a family, it is really achievable! Think creatively and the opportunities created will be ones that you remember in the future.

Value their Ideas/Choices
You don't have to like their mismatched shirt and shorts or love how a child has placed pictures in his room. However, it is important to respect those choices. Children reach out for independence at a young age, and parents can help to foster those decision-making skills by being supportive and even looking the other way on occasion. After all, it really is okay if a child goes to daycare with a striped green shirt and pink shorts.

Let Them Know That They're Important To You
Your children need to know that you believe they are a priority in your life. Children can observe excessive stress and notice when they feel you are not paying them attention. Sometimes, part of being a parent is not worrying about the small stuff and enjoying your children. They grow up so fast, and every day is special. Take advantage of your precious time together while you have it!

10 TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL AND HAPPY MARRIED LIFE

The greatest joy and success in life comes from a happy marriage where two equal partners love each other in thought and action, unselfishly put their partner’s concerns over their own, and stays committed no matter the challenges and trials that life inevitably throws at us all. Unfortunately, our society writes songs, makes movies, and engrains into our minds that when two people fall in love and get married, it will of course be ‘happily ever after.’ And yet, the divorce courts are overflowing because ‘happily ever after’ is not achieved because both partners fail to put forth the necessary effort and work, the change and patience, and the love and commitment to make a successful marriage work.

Understandably, no person or marriage is perfect, and some marriages fail and must end for obvious and necessary reasons; however, the overwhelming majority of marriages (and families for that matter) could be saved if both partners put forth more effort to implement these few foundational principles that are at the heart of any happy and successful marriage:

Marrying the person you love and turning your marriage into a happy one – requires immense hard work. A happy marriage concept is slowly fading out, putting a risk factor to marriages. Though marriages are said to be made in heaven, yet the heavenly touch doesn’t always help you strive successfully. One has to make extra efforts to make a marriage successful.

Here, we list down the top 10 tips for happy marriage :

1.Always keep the spark of romance alive – Never must you let the spark die out. You should always express your feeling to your partner and try out ways to make him/her feel special even just without any occasion. The romance will make the relationship spicy and juicy. Even in the worst of times, you should make it a point to tell your beloved how much you love him/her. ‘I Love You’ are those three magical words which brightens up any face and makes the relationship grow fonder and more intimate.

2.Do not nag – Never become a nagging soul in front of your partner. That might do the entire bit to spoil your marital bliss. Maintaining a healthy relationship is important and you can do it only when you value your partner’s likes and dislikes. Nagging is really harmful for maintaining harmony in your married life.

3.Exhibit mutual respect – To make a marriage healthy and happy, both the partners should mutually respect each other and value each other’s emotions and feelings. Both might have a different attitude towards life, but then that’s where your persistence and love towards each other makes your marriage happy.

4.Maintain lucid (honest) communication – For a happy marriage, you should have clear-cut communication between each other such that you can avoid all miscommunication. And as the words go – ‘It’s only words, and words that all I have to take your heart away’. Follow this, talk out your heart, do not keep any inhibitions and you shall rediscover the magic of your relationship every moment.

5.Be trustworthy – Faith, trust and loyalty – basic foundations of any marriage, plays an important role to make the marriage happy. Never lie to your partner or do not suppress facts from him/her – that might land you in trouble later and augment misconceptions.

6.Be Innovative – To keep your romance alive, be innovative at times. The daily chores of life takes away all the sheen and shine. To bring back that spark, do something innovative with each other that the surprise pleases your partner surprisingly. It shall definitely revive the magic of your relationship. Show the affection, care and love in a special way at times. It is needed!

7.Believe in Constructive criticism – Everybody, with their positive and negative traits makes this world a beautiful place to live in. one should recognize each other’s positive traits and criticize the negative traits in a manner that it doesn’t hurt your partner.

8.Compromise – The biggest word in the marriage dictionary is compromise. Though opposites attract, yet leading everyday life with an entity who is entirely different from you takes immense persistence. You need to compromise a big time to sustain the marriage happily. Adjustment with each other is what makes the relationship healthy. And that should come from both the parties.

9.Do not forget special days – For a happy marriage, you should not forget the trivialities of a relationship. Do not forget the important dates in your life – when you might plan to surprise your partner. Making him/her feel the difference is absolutely necessary.

10.Share responsibilities – To keep a marriage healthy, happy and rejuvenating, you should share and delegate your responsibilities among each other such that there is balance at work and home. Team effort always gives you positive results.

HOW TO GET YOUR HUSBAND'S LOVE

If after exhausting all your efforts, you still cannot find the best ways of how to make your husband love you, then this article is for you. Here, you will learn about the so many ways by which you can bring back your husband’s love to make everything the way they were before. Really, it would be very nice if you can bring back the feelings you felt for each other when you were still frantically in love with one another. Yes, many women are now complaining about their husbands not spending quality time with them anymore.

Instead, they would rather spend their time with their friends or better yet, would rather sit in the couch the whole day watching the TV. If you can relate to these, then you should read the following tips to help you realize the best techniques of how to make your husband love you.

Tip #1: Make it a point to never show any sign of aggressiveness to your husband; aggressiveness in the sense that you tend to nag him every time. If you really wish your husband to love you more once again, then you should make it a habit to steer clear from your habit of nagging. Otherwise, if you continue to do your nagging habits, you might just find your husband going farther away from you each time.

Tip #2: Second, give him some space when you know he especially needs it. You can say that you already know how to make your husband love you when you have already developed an open mind that your husband may be having problems and therefore, needs you more to understand him. Or better yet, that there could be something from his work that might be stressing him, or financial issues that are bothering him, which of course, call for a deeper understanding and support coming from you as the wife.

Tip #3: Next, make sure you stop making him the center of your life. Your husband would appreciate you more if you will take some time to also work on your self while you are apart. Take that time as a perfect opportunity for contemplating as to how to make your husband love you. What is more, you should know that husbands hate it when the wives sit all day long simply to wait for them to arrive.

Tip #4: And even though you may have been married for a long time now, make sure to always be there for each other. You should stay physically as well as emotionally close after all these years; however, should you truly wish to understand how you can make your husband love you more once again, all you need to do is remind him of how much you love each other and rekindle the exact reasons of your togetherness at the moment.

Really, how to make your husband love you all depends on you. Remember, you do not have to get all tied up to being the wife that you are; bear in mind that you also need to have your own life, your own circle of friends, and your own old self to make sure you will learn the techniques of how to make your husband love you till the end

TIPS FOR INCREASING SELF CONFIDENCE FOR WOMEN

Increasing self-confidence for women, building confidence, and boosting self-esteem will open the door to professional and personal success. Growing more confident will help you maximize your potential, make you more comfortable with others and even improve your appearance. Increasing self-confidence for women can make a huge difference in life.

A woman's self-confidence affects her thoughts, feelings, behavior, and body. When a woman has low self-confidence she thinks she can't do anything. A woman's self-confidence affects her decision-making abilities. Low self-confidence makes her feel anxious, discouraged, and afraid. Low self-confidence makes her act passively and avoid new things. Low self-confidence makes her feel sluggish, tense.

Increasing self-confidence for women is a process – but it can happen quickly! Building self-confidence for women - and boosting self-esteem - requires knowing a few things about low self-confidence versus healthy self-confidence

Increasing self-confidence for women isn't about just one thing. We have different levels of self-confidence about different things – and that's normal and good! For instance, you may feel self-confident doing your taxes or balancing the checkbook, but less self-confident when your partner is home with the flu, hospitalized for an operation, or dealing with depression. At work you could feel totally comfortable and self-confident because you're an expert; at home you may feel inept or anxious because your relationship needs attention, or you live alone and feel isolated and lonely. Building self-confidence for women should address your specific areas of low self-confidence.

Self-confidence for women depends on what you're doing. Avoid labeling yourself with low self-confidence just because you stutter when talking to your boss – because if you think you have low self-confidence, then that's how you'll act. Instead, be aware of your whole self as a woman. You're self-confident in some situations and less self-confident in others. Self-confidence in wome requires focusing on what you're good at, admit your weaknesses, and let yourself be yourself in each situation. Building self-confidence for women requires being honest about who you are.

Increasing Self-Confidence For Women

Increasing self-confidence helps women achieve professional and personal success. To maximize your potential, try these 3 ways to build confidence & boost self-esteem.

Increasing self-confidence for women, building confidence, and boosting self-esteem will open the door to professional and personal success. Growing more confident will help you maximize your potential, make you more comfortable with others and even improve your appearance. Increasing self-confidence for women can make a huge difference in life.

2. Increasing self-confidence for women comes from action. The path towards building self-confidence for women is to do things. Playing softball in a community league, making presentations at work, striking up a conversation with a stranger, sharing your opinion in a pubic forum – the more you step up to the plate, the easier it gets to get involved. This will build confidence. When you're trying these "building self-confidence for women" techniques, you may fumble and even fail. You could also feel smooth and successful as you boost your self-esteem!

Wayne Gretzky said, "You miss 100% of the shots you don't take." When you're building self-confidence for women know that everyone misses the net and makes mistakes. Accept your mistakes as part of living an adventurous life! Even failing goes a long way in building self-confidence because you learn to trust and respect your ability to take action, to step up to the plate (or take a shot at the goal). Building self-confidence for women involves trying new things.

3. Increasing self-confidence for women changes your experiences. If you act timid and hesitant, then people will think you have low self-confidence – and will treat you accordingly. They may "walk all over you" or even speak disrespectfully about you to your face or behind your back. When you're building self-confidence, remember that people will treat you the way you treat yourself. You teach people how you want to be treated; if you have low self-confidence you may let them get away with more than they should. On the other hand if you're self-confident, firm and self-assured, people may be less likely to take advantage of you. Building self-confidence for women often requires acting a certain way.

Increasing self-confidence for women involves ups and downs; as long as you're enjoying more highs than lows.

FEW TIPS TO KEEP YOUR HUSBAND'S LOVE..........................

1. Husband and wife should discuss and communicate with wisdom with each other to convey what they like and dislike of each other to do or not to do. Do NOT give commands or instructions like he’s your servant. “They are garment to each other”
2.Dress pleasantly/attractively. If you are a home-maker, don’t stay in your sleeping suit all day.

3.Smell good!
4.Don’t lay out all your problems on your husband as soon as he walks in. Give him a little mental break.
5.Don’t keep asking him, "what are you thinking?"
6.Be kind to your mother-in-law the same way you would like your husband to be kind to your own mother.
7.Race to the door when he comes home, as if you were waiting for him. Smile and hug him.

8.Keep your house clean, at least to the level that he wants it.
9.Compliment him on the things you know he’s not so confident about (looks, intelligence, etc.) This will build his self-esteem.
10.Tell him he’s the best husband ever.
11.Call his family often.
12.Give him a simple task to do at home and then thank him when he does it. This will encourage him to do more.
13.When he’s talking about something boring, listen and nod your head. Even ask questions to make it seem like you’re interested.
14.Encourage him to do good deeds.
15.Thank him sincerely for providing you with food and shelter. It’s a big deal.

16.If he’s angry with you and starts yelling, let him yell it out while you’re quiet. You will see your fight will end a lot faster. Then when he’s calm, you can tell him your side of the story and how you want him to change something.
17.Remember that your husband has feelings, so take them into consideration.

18.Let him chill with his friends without guilt, especially if they’re good guys. Encourage him to go out, so he doesn’t feel “cooped up” at home.
19.If your husband is annoyed over a little thing you do (and you can control it), then stop doing it. Really.
20.Learn how to tell him what you expect without him having to guess all the time. Learn to communicate your feelings.
21.Don’t get mad over small things. It’s not worth it.
22.Make jokes. If you’re not naturally funny, go on the internet and read some jokes, and then tell them to him.
23.Tell him you’re the best wife ever and compliment yourself on certain things you know you’re good at.
24.Learn to make his favorite dish.
25.Don’t ever, EVER talk bad about him with friends or family unnecessarily. If they end up agreeing with you, you will see that it hits you back in the face because you get more depressed that you have a bad husband–and other people also think you have a bad husband.
26.Use your time wisely and get things accomplished. If you’re a home-maker, take online classes and get active in your community. This will make you happy and a secondary bonus is that it impresses your husband.
27.Have a race with your husband and let him win, even if you are much fitter and stronger than him.

28.Keep fit and take care of your health so you will remain a strong mother, wife, cook and housekeeper,
29.Do not leave the house without his permission and certainly not without his knowledge.

30.Make sure all his clothes are clean and pressed so he is always looking fresh and crisp.
31.Don’t discuss important/controversial matters with him when he is tired or sleepy. Find right time for right discussion.
32.The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach.
33.Always let him know that you appreciate him working and bringing home the “dough”. It makes it easier for him to go to work.
34.Make sure you ALWAYS have something for dinner.
35.Brush your hair, everyday.
36.Don’t forget to do laundry.
37.Surprise him with gifts. Even necessities, such as new shoes, can be gifts.
38.Listen to him. (Even when he talks about extremely boring things like basketball or computers.)
39.Try (hard as it might be) to take interest in his hobbies.
40.Try not to go shopping too much … and spend all his money.
41.Look attractive and be seductive towards him. Flirt with him.
42.Learn tricks and “techniques” to please your husband in intimacy. (Of course goes both ways.)
43.Prepare for special evenings with him with special dinner and exclusive time (no children permitted).
44.Take care of your skin, especially your face. The face is center of attraction.
45.Don’t EVER compare your husbands to other husbands! For example don’t say, “well her husband doesn’t do that, why do you …” (thats a killer!)

46.If you pack a lunch for your husband to take to work, from time to time sneak in a little love note or sweet poem. If he doesn’t take a lunch, leave the note somewhere else for him to find, like in his briefcase, or wallet or on the car steering-wheel
47.Be happy with what you have because no one is perfect

TIPS FOR OVERCOMMING ANGER AND GAINING PEACE

Anger appears when one is confronted with frustration, unhappiness or hurt feelings, or when plans don't turn out as desired. It also shows up when coming against opposition or criticism.

Anger never helps anyone. It wastes your energy, and can hurt your health, spoil your relationships, and cause you to miss opportunities. Getting angry is acting against your best interests.

Things don't always proceed according to plans and expectations. People not always act the way you wish them to act. You may not be always able to be in control of external influences and conditions, but you can certainly learn to control your attitude and reactions. There is no sense of allowing circumstances and people to pull your strings and affect your mind and feelings. You can choose not to let what people say and do affect your moods. You can maintain an inner attitude of emotional and mental detachment, and refuse to allow every minor event play with your feelings and evoke anger.

I often see people getting angry over unimportant and insignificant matters. Some insignificant remark or action, not getting a satisfactory reply to a question or just moodiness are enough to set fire and cause anger, snappy remarks, arguments and even physical fights. This is absolutely unnecessary. Life can be happier without this behavior.

Anger is a negative reaction, and if you wish to progress on the path of self-improvement or spiritual growth you should avoid it as much as possible.

Learning to calm down the restlessness of the mind and gaining peace of mind, is one of the best and most effective methods to overcome anger, and in fact, all negative emotions.

If you are willing to invest the time and energy, you will reap great rewards. Peace of mind will not only help you overcome anger, but also help you overcome anxiety and negative thinking, and enable you to stay calm, tranquil and self possessed in difficult and trying situations.

Peace of mind requires the development of an attitude of emotional and mental detachment, which is of vital importance for overcoming and avoiding anger. It protects you against being too affected by what people think, say or do, and is therefore highly recommended. Detachment is not an attitude of indifference and lack of sensitivity. It is an attitude of common sense and inner strength and leads to peace of mind.

I would like now to suggest a few simple tips to help you manifest some inner detachment and peace of mind, so as to be in a better position to overcome anger.

1. At least once a day, devote several minutes to thinking on how much your life would be better without anger.
2. When you feel anger arising in you, start breathing deeply and slowly several times.
3. You may, instead of breathing deeply, or better still, in addition to it, count slowly from one to ten. This will delay your angry reaction and weaken it.
4. Drinking some water has a calming effect on the body.
5. Try to be more patient, no matter how difficult it might be.
6. Be more tolerant toward people, even toward people you don't like.
7. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinion. You can disagree with people, but still maintain tact and  diplomacy.
8. Choose to react calmly and peacefully in every situation. Try again and again, regardless of how many times you lose control and get angry.
9. Positive thinking makes it easier to disregard remarks and behavior that otherwise could cause anger.
10. Try to manifest at least some self-control, self-discipline and more common sense.
11. Don't take everything too seriously. It is not worth it.
12. Find reasons to laugh more often.

I hope this tips will help all of you to overcome anger and gain some peace...........

Do we need to be lucky to be successful

Do you think we need to be lucky to be Successful ?

Luck has nothing to be Successful...

What all the Successful people have is the positive attitude of 'I Can and I Will'.

There is no luck involved..... just our mental attitiude....

If you feel like 'I Can't' or 'I'm Afraid' you will become paralyzed and do nothing.

I always keep the 'I Can and I Will' kind of positive attitude....

What will you do ?

Be positive or curse yourself for not being Lucky ???
