SPICED KAJU(CASHEW) UTHAPPAM

INGREDIENTS: Dosa batter
                           Onions - 1 chopped finely
                           Green chillies - 2 chopped finely
                           Cashew nuts - 3tbsp chopped
                            Coriander leaves - 2tbsp chopped finely
                            Oil
                            Chutney powder + chilli powder - 2tbsp (for sprinkling over the dosa)


METHOD:

1. Take dosa batter add salt, chopped onions , green chillies, coriander leaves and broken cashewnuts and mix nicely.

2. Heat dosa tawa.

3. Take a ladle of dosa batter and pour on the tawa, don't spread.


4. Drizzle some  oil.

 

5. Sprinkle chutney powder +chilli powder on top of uthapam.


6. Cook till its golden brown.
7. Turn to the other side.


This goes good with coconut chutney and sambhar.....................As iam bit lazy today i served it with curd..
