MASALA POTATO CURRY


INGREDIENTS: Potatoes - 1/4kg
                           Onions - 1 big finely chopped
                           Green chillies - 1 slit
                           Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
                           Daneya powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp
                           Jeera powder - 1tsp
                           Garam masala - 1/2tsp
                           Salt
                           Red chilli powder - 1tsp
                           Haldi - pinch

METHOD:

1. Peal the skin and cube the potatoes.
2. Chop the onions and green chillies.
3. Grind ginger garlic paste.
4. Heat pan add oil .
5. Add chopped onions and saute nicely.



6.Add slit green chillies.

                         
7. Then add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1tsp daneya powder, 1/2 tsp jeera powder .


8. Then add haldi, and salt.

                          
9. Now add the cubed potatoes.


10. Mix nicely.
11. Then add chilli powder.


12. Add water and let it boil nicely in low flame and cook till 15mins or till potato is cooked.
13. Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.


14. Serve hot with plain rice or veg pulao...............
