INGREDIENTS: Rice flakes (atukulu) - 1glass
                              Onion - 1 (chopped finely)
                              Green chillies - 3
                              Curry leaves - Afew
                              Coriander leaves - Little
                              lemon - 1
                              Aloo - 1  diced small

FOR TADKA:   Mustard seeds - 1tsp
                            Cashew nuts - 5-10
                            Urad dhal - 1tbsp
                            Channa dhal - 1tbsp
                             Oil - 2tbsp

1. Take a pan add oil let it heat  then add mustard seed,urad dhal, channa dhal,cahewnuts and fry them till golden brown colour.
2. Add curryleaves,chopped onion,greenchilles and fry nicely.
3. Add salt, haldi,aloo and stir well and keep until aloo gets cooked.
4. Clean rice flakes in strainer .
5. Add the cleaned rice flakes and mix well.
6. Keep chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
7. Sprinkle juice of 1 lemon.
and serve hot
