CURD RICE TADKA(TEMPERING) WITH NUTS AND RAISINS

INGREDIENTS:Cooked rice mixes with curd

 FOR TEMPERING: Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
                                                          Jeera - 1/4tsp
                                                          Cashew nuts - 1tsp
                                                           Raisins - 1/4tsp
                                                          Ginger - 1/4 inch (chopped finely)
                                                          Hing - pinch
                                                          Green chilli - 1small(chopped finely)
                                                           Oil - 1tsp
   METHOD: Heat oil in a kadai  let it heat.
2. Add all ingredients for tadka mustard,jeera,cashew and raisins,ginger,greenchillies,and pinch of hing.


3. Fry well and pour on the curd rice.

serve it with a pickle....................
