HEALTHY UTTAPAM

INGREDIENTS: Left over dosa batter
                           Onions -  2 chopped finely
                           Green chillies -  6
                           Carrot - 2 grated
                           Tomatoes - 2 chopped finely
                            Kasuri methi - 3tbsp
                            Oil
                            Salt
                           Chilli powder - for sprinkling on uttapam

METHOD:

1. Chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies, finely.
2. Grate carrots.


3. Take 3tbsp kasuri methi and keep aside.
4. Take dosa batter .


5. Heat dosa pan.
6. Pour a laddle full of dosa batter.


7. The uttapam should be little thick.
8. On top of it add chopped onions.


9. Then add grated carrot.


10. Now add chopped green chillies.


11. Add chopped tomatoes.

12. Finally add kasuri methi..............(methi is good for health. you can use fresh methi leaves instead od dry ones)


13. Now sprinkle chilli powder on top for little more kick.



14. Drizzle little oil for frying the uttapam.
15. Let it turn to golden brown colour.
16. Serve hot with coconut chutney.................................
