Gingely oil - 2tsp
Channa dal - 1tsp
Urad dal - 1/2tsp
Dry red chillies - 4
Mustard seeds - 1/4tsp
Curry leaves
METHOD:
1. Take a kadai add oil and heat it.
2. Now add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
3. Add channa dal, urad dal,curry leaves and dry red chillies.
4. Saute them well till golden brown.
5. Take 1 cup broken wheat rava and keep aside.
6. After the dal becomes brown add 2glasses of water.
7. Add salt and let it boil nicely.
8. Now add rava.
9. Close the lid and let it cook in sim.
10. This process takes just 4mins.
and serve hot..........................................with mango pickle.
