POTATO CHIPS

INGREDIENTS: Big size potatoes - 200gms
                           Salt
                           Oil for deep frying

METHOD:

1. Cut potatoes into round and thin slices.
2. Apply salt on it.
3. Take a kadai or pan for deep frying and heat it.
4. Fry these potato chips till golden brown colour.
5. And sprinkle salt and chilli powder........................
Goes good with mango or lemon rice.......................................
