PANEER TIKKA

INGREDIENTS: Paneer - 200gms
                           Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
                            Haldi - 1/4tsp
                           Chilli powder - 2tbsp
                           Curd - 1/2 cup
                           Roasted jeera powder - 1tsp
                           Garam masala - 1/2tsp
                           Red orange food colour - pinch
                           Salt to taste
                          Oil for deep frying

METHOD:

1. Cut paneer into cubes.


2. Add little gingergarlic paste and mix.


3. Add haldi, salt and chillipowder.


4. Add 1/2cup curd.


5. Now mix well nicely.


6. Let it marinate for 2hrs. 


7. Heat oil in a pan for deep fry.
8. Keep the paneer pieces in oil and deep fry till golden brown colour.


Serve hot........................................
