Onion - 1big size chopped finely
Tomato 1 chopped finely
Jeera seeds - 1/4tsp
Kasuri methi - 1tbsp
Green chillies - 1
Garam masala - 1tsp
Coriander leaves - 2tbsp chopped finely.
Chilli powder - 1tbsp
Salt
Butter - 1tbsp
METHOD:
1. Chop onions and tomatoes.
2. Take kasuri methi , jeera and green chillies in a bowl.
3. Take paneer and grate it with the help of grater.
4. Take a sauce pan add butter and heat it.
5. Add jeera and let it crackle.
6. Then add kasuri methi.
7. Add chopped green chillies.
8. Add chopped onions and saute well till transparent.
9. Then add salt, chilli powder, and haldi.
10. Add chopped tomatoes .
11. Saute well until tomatoes are mushy and let the oil comes out.
12. Then add grated paneer .
13. Mix well and add garam masala cook in low flame.
14. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve hot............
goes good with roti, or rice................
