Curd rice
MANGO RICE
INGREDIENTS: Cooked rice - 1cup
Mango - 1 (grated)
Onions - 1 chopped
Jeera - 1tsp
Curry leaves - few
Pepper whole - 1tsp
Pepper powder - 1tsp
Ghee - 2tbsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander leaves - 1tbsp (finely chopped)
METHOD:
1. Cook rice adding salt.
2. Grate raw mango and chop the onions.
3. Grind pepper and make fine powder.
4. Heat kadai add 2tbsp ghee.
5. Add 1tsp jeera let it crackle.
6. Add whole black pepper , curry leaves.
7. Add grated raw mango.
8. Saute for 2mins .
9. check the salt.
10. Add chopped onions.
11. Now add 1tsp black pepper powder and rice.
12. Mix well nicely.
Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve......................
