KERALA PUTTU IN JIFFY


INGREDIENTS: Rice rava/biyam rava - 1cup
                           Salt - pinch
                           Water - 2cups
                            Coconut grated  - 1/2 cup(if u like the taste of coconut you can add little more)
                            

METHOD:

1. Take a kadai add 2cups of water and boil nicely.
2. When bubbles started comming out add pinch salt.
3. Simmer the flame and add rave strring continously.
4. After rava gets half cooked add the grated fresh coconut.
5. Cover the lid and leave in sim for 5mins..............


serve hot with cocont milk .........................even any masala gravy goes good with it...
